How do I get my gold coins?
After purchasing gold coins, they are instantly added to your account. You can view your coin balance in your account dashboard and use them to unlock games in the Riddle Trails app.
Can I share my coins with friends?
No, coins are personal to your account and cannot be shared. However, once you unlock a game with your coins, that game can be played by multiple people (up to 6 players). Each person needs to purchase their own coins to unlock adventures, but the games themselves support multiple players.
What if I lose access to my coins?
Don't worry! Your coins are safely stored in your account. Check your email for the purchase confirmation, or contact our support team with your purchase details and we'll help you recover access to your coins.
How long are my coins valid?
Your coins never expire! Once purchased, your gold coins are permanently added to your account and can be used anytime to unlock adventures.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, you'll need an internet connection to download the game content and sync your progress. GPS works offline once the game is loaded.
